1. Activate inner circulation

Activate inner circulation function and ensure cab sealing will increase cooling speed. Besides, inner circulation function will prevent dust enter into cab when road condition is harsh. This function shall not be activated for too long.

2. Properly set wind speed

On condition running speed of vehicle is lower than 25km/h, the wind speed of truck air conditioner shall be lowered in case of electric deficiency and over-frosting on evaporator.

3. Wind direction set of air vent

For the principle of heat up and cooling down, it would be better that set wind direction upward and oncoming. Since the temperature on the surface of window is high, set at blowing gear is not recommended and which may affect cooling effect. On condition it’s foggy on windows, blowing gear shall be set.

4. Eject heat inside driving cab

If vehicle stays exposure too long to sunshine, keep door open before turn on truck air conditioner. It will be helpful for heat and poisonous gas eject and cooling effect improvement.
