It requires relatively high technique such as discharge and recharge fluorine, troublesome and inefficient. With power source from compressor, fluorine circulates in transport refrigeration unit. And lubrication for compressor relies on fluorocarbon oil. Fluorine and fluorocarbon oil will circulate together in the system and influence cooling performance. However, some of them may transform when suffering pressure and temperature change, plus metal debris produced by compressor operating wearing, all factors above may lead to sediment such as gelatin. Some will be filtered, others may deposit in pipeline. With sediment increasing, circulation of fluorine and fluorocarbon oil will be affected. Thus malfunction and poor cooling performance may happen. Based on such reason, we should consider about cleaning of inner system of the whole transport refrigeration unit.
