To ensure normal status of transport refrigeration unit before operation, check of all connectors and fasteners must be done. Besides, pulley, belt, and blower of evaporator need to be checked as well to prevent any twisting. Blow the radiator of evaporator with high pressure blower to prevent blocking caused by dust. Oil leakage check of compressor and many other checks also need to be done.

Regarding the adjustment of expansion valve, first the cap on expansion valve shall be removed. Then insert flat screwdriver into the valve, rotate clockwise to turn it up and rotate anticlockwise to turn it down. After adjustment complete, put the cap back in position.
